Beatles Blast 2024: Back to ’64!

Where to Turn presents “Beatles Blast: Back to ‘64!” celebrating the 60^th Anniversary of 1964 albums A Hard Day’s Night and Beatles for Sale. Hosted by Ken Dashow of Q104.3 FM, the event will feature local Beatles tribute bands The Blue Meanies and The Black Ties and local talent.

Ken Dashow  A 40 year fixture of NY Radio, Ken has spent the last 25 years hosting  the Afternoon Drive-time show on Q104.3, New York’s ONLY Classic Rock Station, as well as the incredibly popular “Breakfast with the Beatles” show Sunday mornings, 8-10 AM. Ken has interviewed Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr and just about every legendary rock luminary. Brooklyn born and raised, Ken has also written several plays, a collection of which was published by Dramatists Play Service entitled “Da-Show Must Go On,” and his original comedy “The Wingding Doodle Club” was performed at the St. George Theatre in 2013. Ken has also appeared in numerous TV shows and movies, but being LIVE – either on stage or on the airwaves, is his favorite place to be – which is why Ken’s appearances at the Staten Island Beatles Blast shows are always a highlight of the season!
