Our Career Paths in the Arts Program is an annual initiative designed to introduce students to the diverse career opportunities within the performing arts and entertainment industries. Participants gain hands-on experience and knowledge in key areas such as live performance venue operations, production management, artist relations, marketing, box office finance, fundraising, and more. Additionally, students explore fields like television and film, costume and set design, museum curating, and the business of dance. Through expert mentorship, this program helps students discover their ideal career paths while equipping them with the skills and confidence needed to succeed in the real world. Whether aspiring to work behind the scenes or in arts education, our annual program provides the tools, guidance, and inspiration necessary to turn passion into a profession.
