The 15th Annual Minty Awards honors theatre excellence in the Staten Island Catholic High Schools. All 6 Catholic High Schools will come together on June 7 for an event unlike any other, as we celebrate 15 years of the Mintys!

Join us, and an expected audience of over 1000 students, families and friends, as each school performs highlights from its musical production and 13 awards are handed out throughout the evening. The evening concludes with the presentation of the organization’s highest honor “The St. Genesius Award for Outstanding Musical.”

Starring the casts of Msgr. Farrell’s “Damn Yankees,” Moore Catholic’s “The Music Man,” Notre Dame Academy’s “Legally Blonde,” St. Joseph by-the-Sea’s “Into the Woods,” St. Joseph Hill’s “Seussical,” and St. Peter’s Boys’ “Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat.”

Founded in 2010, The Minty Awards has saluted the best and brightest of Staten Island’s High School Theatre Departments. Special thanks to our 15th Anniversary Season Sponsors: Northfield Bank, Wagner College, Council Minority Leader David M. Carr, and Councilman Frank Morano.
