Valentine’s Disco Party Ft. A Tribute to Donna Summer & Barry White

Celebrate Valentine’s Day with an unforgettable evening featuring the ultimate tribute to Donna Summer and Barry White starring Rainere Martin and Jourdan Carroll.

RAINERE MARTIN:

Blessed by God with the gift of voice and a grandmother who filled her heart with her beautiful songs, Rainere learned at an early age that she could use her voice to lift a soul and bring joy to all who heard her sing.

An early focus on R&B ballads and an appreciation for the art and craft of the late Donna Summer, Rainere developed and presented a tribute show featuring many of Donna’s favorites. While still a staple her repertoire, she found that audiences equally enjoyed her variety of pop, soft rock, and the occasional ‘torch’ song to create the right mood at the right time.  Her song-list spans six decades with the appropriate stage presence and performance to match the audience and venue.

In the last year 11 years Rainere has traveled the world performing her Donna Summer Tribute to raving reviews, in Casinos, Theaters, Festivals, Corporate Events and more. Additionally, she has shared the stage with several mainstream acts such as, Evelyn Champagne King, Tavares, The Stylistics, France Joli and many more. To the delight of audiences, Rainere recorded a version of Donna Summer’s Hot stuff that is featured on The Hot Stuff Wicked Wheel slot machines in casinos nationwide.

With music in her blood and songs in her heart, Rainere continues to seek out audiences of all ages who enjoy melodies from different eras and appreciates the pioneers and contemporaries who brought them to us. While her song-list is ever evolving, Rainere’s desire to share her gift with others remains constant. It is this desire that keeps her singing and to instill in others the joy of music.

JOURDAN CARROLL:

Affectionately known by his friends and fans as Big Daddy Boo Bear, Jourdan Carroll was born February 14, 1965 in York, Pennsylvania. As a young man, Jourdan always had the ability to sing and started developing his voice and working on his vocal range. His professional singing career started in small clubs and even developed his own stage show. His unmistakable resemblance to the legendary Barry White got Jourdan started as a tribute artist and his distinctive bass voice made it easy for him to master the singing impersonation of the legendary 70’s pop star.

Today, Jourdan Carroll resides in Michigan and continues to perform throughout the United States with his tribute to Barry White. As a regular with Legends In Concert, Jourdan delights audiences with his voice, charisma and stage presence. His performances are often the most popular segment of the show as the domestic and international popularity of Barry White continues to grow.

In addition to his musical talents, Jourdan is also a fashion designer and has developed his own line of contemporary male clothing. His many hobbies include bodybuilding and freehand art, but his first love and passion still remains in his music.
